INTERNATIONAL RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to consumer orders delivered to countries and regions where Vamprire offers shipping, excluding the United States.

Vamprire offers a voluntary 30-day return period. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable local law.

1. 30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify under our voluntary return policy, the product must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed;

• Free from stains, odors, bodily fluids, lubricant, scratches or other signs of use;

• Returned with all tags, accessories, components and original packaging;

• Complete if purchased as part of a set or bundle; and

• Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded, where permitted by law.

2. Statutory Cancellation Rights

Customers in some countries have additional legal cancellation rights.

Where applicable in the European Union, European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may generally cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

You must inform us before the cancellation period expires and return the goods within the period required by applicable law. For EU returns, this is generally within another 14 days after notifying us.

You may inspect the product only as reasonably necessary. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by excessive handling.

For all other countries, any mandatory local cancellation, return, refund or consumer guarantee rights will apply in addition to this policy. If local law provides greater protection, local law will prevail.

3. Hygiene-Sealed Products

Products supplied with a hygiene seal cannot be returned after the seal has been removed, opened, broken or damaged.

This may include:

• Anal plugs, tails and other insertable products;

• Dildos and intimate strap-on components;

• Mouth-contact products;

• Intimate garments; and

• Products intended for direct oral, genital or anal contact.

Opening the outer shipping box does not affect your return rights. The restriction applies specifically to the product’s hygiene seal.

This restriction does not apply if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.

4. Custom Products

Made-to-order, made-to-measure, engraved or personalised products cannot normally be returned for a change of mind.

Your rights remain unaffected if the product is defective, damaged or does not match the agreed specifications.

5. How to Request a Return

Email info@vamprire.com with the subject:

Return Request – Order [ORDER NUMBER]

Please include:

• Your name and order number;

• Your delivery country;

• The products you wish to return; and

• Photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

A reason is not required for an eligible statutory cancellation.

We will provide return instructions and confirm the correct return address. Do not send products to the address printed on the original parcel unless we confirm it in writing.
