These Terms of Service describe the conditions for using the Vamprire online store and purchasing our products. Please read them together with the product information and purchase details provided before checkout. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1 Scope and Sales Destinations

In these Terms, “Vamprire”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to the operator of this online store. The Terms apply to your use of the store and purchases made through it.

We sell and deliver to selected countries and regions outside the United States. We do not accept orders for delivery to the United States. Available destinations depend on the delivery options offered at checkout and applicable product or import restrictions.

2 Adults Only

Our products and website content are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher age requirement under applicable local law to purchase our products. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract.

You must not provide false age information or help a minor purchase products through this store.

3 Product Information and Use

3.1 Product Information

Product pages describe the items offered for sale. Screen settings and photography may cause small differences in displayed colours or appearance. Such differences do not remove your right to receive goods that match the agreed description and meet applicable quality requirements.

3.2 Safe and Consensual Use

Our products are intended for consensual activities between adults. When using a product:

● Use it only for its intended purpose and with the informed, freely given consent of everyone involved.

● Follow the instructions and warnings provided for that product, including any care and cleaning guidance.

● Check its condition before use. Stop using it if it is damaged, causes pain or irritation, or presents a safety concern.

These precautions do not exclude our legal responsibilities for defective or unsafe products.

4 Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Details

Please review your chosen products, quantities, contact details, and delivery address before submitting an order. You must provide accurate information needed to process the purchase and deliver the goods. If you notice an error or wish to change an order, contact us as soon as possible. A change may not be possible after dispatch; this does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right.

If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. We will not replace an ordered item with a different item without your agreement.

4.2 Payment Methods

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method you select. Payment processing is also subject to the relevant payment provider’s applicable terms.

5 Prices and Import Charges

5.1 Purchase Price

The currency, product price, delivery charge, and any other amount payable to us must be disclosed before you place your order. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the agreed price of an existing purchase.

5.2 Import Taxes and Duties

For orders we accept for delivery, we bear the import taxes and customs duties applicable to the shipment, including import VAT where applicable. These import charges are not payable by you in addition to the order total agreed at checkout. If a carrier or customs authority asks you to pay an import charge for your order, please contact us with the order details and the charge notice so we can resolve it.

6 Dispatch and Delivery

6.1 Dispatch Location

Orders are currently dispatched from our factory in Dongguan, China, using international small-parcel delivery services. The delivery options and charges applicable to your destination are provided before you place your order.

6.2 Delivery Timing

Unless a delivery date is expressly agreed, delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by transit and customs processing. This does not remove your rights if delivery is late or does not take place. Where applicable law sets a delivery deadline or gives you a right to cancel for non-delivery, those rules apply.

6.3 Lost or Damaged Parcels

For delivery arranged by us, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you or a person you designate, other than the carrier, receives the goods. If your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us with the order details so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

7 Returns Refunds and Consumer Rights

7.1 Requests for Support

For a return, cancellation, refund, or product problem, contact info@vamprire.com with your order details and a description of your request. We can provide the return address and handling information relevant to the request. Contacting us is a way to arrange support; it is not a requirement for our prior approval of a statutory withdrawal or cancellation.

7.2 Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Where EU consumer withdrawal rules apply to your purchase, you generally have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us that you wish to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions allowed by law. Other countries may provide different or additional rights. This period concerns changing your mind about a purchase; it does not limit claims about defective goods.

Return costs, return deadlines, and refunds for a statutory withdrawal are governed by applicable law and any lawful information provided before purchase. We do not apply a blanket exclusion from statutory rights simply because a product is intended for adult use, has been opened, or has touched skin.

7.3 Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or do not match your order or the agreed description, you retain the remedies available under applicable consumer law. Where EU legal guarantee rules apply, goods are covered by a minimum two-year legal guarantee, with any longer national protection preserved. Repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund is available under the conditions set by that law.

8 Website Use

You may use the store for lawful browsing and purchases. You must not:

● Provide false or misleading purchase or payment information.

● Use another person’s payment details without authorisation.

● Interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.

● Use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use or a security threat. This does not remove rights relating to purchases already made.

9 Intellectual Property

The brand materials, text, photographs, graphics, and other website content are owned by us or used with the relevant rights holder’s permission, as applicable. Applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

You may view and use website content for personal shopping. Commercial copying, redistribution, or use of protected materials requires the relevant rights holder’s permission unless permitted by law.

10 Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed in connection with the store, orders, and customer service. Please read the Privacy Policy available on this website. Acceptance of these Terms does not itself constitute consent to optional marketing or other processing that requires separate consent.

11 Responsibility and Legal Protection

We are responsible for our obligations under the purchase contract and applicable law. The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance or technical issues. Any interruption does not remove our responsibilities for existing purchases.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, liability for defective products, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12 Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint, contact info@vamprire.com with the relevant order details and the outcome you are seeking. We will consider the complaint and seek to resolve it with you.

Applicable law determines the law governing a dispute and the courts or other bodies that may hear it. You retain any mandatory right to bring a claim before a competent court, contact a regulator, or use available consumer dispute procedures.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our store or applicable requirements. The current version and update date will be shown on the website. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter the terms agreed for an existing purchase without a lawful basis and, where required, your agreement.

14 Other Terms

The purchase terms include these Terms and any relevant product or purchase information made available to you before the contract was entered into. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory legal protections take priority over any conflicting provision.
